At Hamilton Walker’s, he leads a talented culinary team to create traditional 1940's steakhouse cuisine with contemporary flair, blending classic techniques with quality ingredients and flavorful seasonings.
JJ Dupuy, a native of Champaign, is a second generation hospitality and service professional with over 25-years experience in all aspects of the industry. His vision for Hamilton Walker’s is to set the gold standard for service and exceed guest expectations. JJ and his team look forward to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
